I Love to see the Temple...

We have been singing the song "I Love to see the Temple" in our primary lately, so we decided to make a trip to the nearest Temple. We are blessed to have a Temple only 45 min away in Cardston, AB- This is a favorite picture that I was able to capture of my four little children looking at this Magnificent building.I really liked the colours I was able to achieve while editing, to me it looks slightly old fashioned, yet frozen in time. Wow, I love these four kids of mine!

Valentines Day 2013

So Valentines Day is a Day of Love and I LOVE taking pictures of babies(and everything) with my camera so here are a few peeks at the Valentine shoots I did this week.

This QT lives really close to me and has been coming for monthly photo shoots since he was born, this time its like he knew who I was, the crazy lady who takes lots of pictures of him :) When he hear my voice he would smile and look in my direction which was really helpful!

I saw this idea on Pinterest and loved the idea of a baby being covered in kisses from Mom, so that is what we did!

I really love the pink glow to the black in white I was able to achieve while editing. This baby girl had the most adorable toes and I was able to capture a few great shots of them.

Another fun pinterest idea is to spell Love using the babies feet to make the V- the Kiss was Mom's idea and I loved it this is so sweet! Her Skirt is also an adorable touch.

Then we got two of the babes together for a cute match made in heaven shot- unfortunately as I am still learning I forgot to change my Fstop :( so my sweet little girl is out of focus while the handsome boy is in focus. Also as you can see this was at the end of her photo shoot and she is fading fast, so tired.

Then I was blessed to get a beautiful picture of my Baby girl who will be 6 next week- she came up with this pose herself and I loved it! she is beautiful and I love her dearly! For me it is so much more, it is a passion. I recently purchased a really nice camera and several lens's, I have enjoyed the challenges and success that come with trying something new.I used to get the occasional "great" picture but now I know why I got that great shot and can do it on purpose instead of fluke!
